• Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, and HR documentation. • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee performance management. • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws. • Support payroll administration, leave management, attendance, and statutory compliance. • Coordinate staff training, development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. • Promote workplace health, safety, and employee wellbeing. • Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field. • Minimum 6 consecutive years’ experience, including: • At least 4 years in a busy manufacturing environment. • At least 2 years in a busy service industry. • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. • Minimum 4 consecutive years’ experience, including: • 3 years’ experience in a busy manufacturing industry. • 1 year’s experience in a busy service industry. • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
