• Provide first aid and emergency care to employees who sustain injuries or become ill at the workplace. • Assess and manage occupational injuries and illnesses, including determining the appropriate level of medical attention required. • Conduct health assessments and monitor employees for work-related health concerns. • Maintain accurate medical records of injuries, illnesses, treatments, referrals, and other occupational health information. • Provide health education and sensitization on topics such as hygiene, nutrition, communicable diseases, and occupational health. • Support workplace injury prevention by identifying health-related hazards and advising management on appropriate control measures. • Coordinate medical referrals and follow-ups for employees requiring treatment at external health facilities. • Participate in emergency preparedness and response, including supporting drills and responding to workplace medical emergencies. • Monitor occupational health trends and prepare periodic reports on workplace injuries, illnesses, first-aid cases, and other health indicators. • A minimum of a Certificate in Nursing from a recognized institution. • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to provide immediate first aid and respond effectively to workplace medical emergencies. • Understanding of workplace injuries, occupational diseases, health surveillance, and workplace health risks. • Ability to assess and manage medical emergencies and coordinate appropriate referrals. • Ability to maintain confidential and accurate medical records, injury registers, treatment records, and health reports.
