• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and outsourced design activities. • Manage technical documents, project correspondence, submittals, change orders, and project records. • Prepare and monitor construction schedules, action plans, progress reports, and project status updates. • Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, work methodologies, and contract documents. • Coordinate interim payment documentation and project close-out activities. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams. • Support project budgeting, resource planning, quality assurance, and technical compliance. • Lead and support engineering teams and promote continuous improvement. • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. • 5-7 years of experience in engineering or construction project management, including 2–3 years of relevant building construction experience. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and technical standards. • Experience in project scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, BOQs, payments, and technical reporting. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. • Strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Experience in design coordination and working with clients, consultants, and contractors is highly preferred.
