Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Programme offers an 18-month structured development journey designed to accelerate professional growth through business immersion and exposure to MRM’s operations and value chain. Participants will undergo cross-functional rotations across key business functions, including technical and functional skills development, executive mentorship, and coaching from experienced leaders. The programme includes leadership development, enterprise-wide projects, and hands-on experience delivering business improvements and measurable results. Upon successful completion, there are career opportunities within the organization, subject to performance. The role involves working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on technical and project sales, providing exposure to real-world business challenges and solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a passion for technical/project sales; University Graduate with a maximum of two years' post-university experience; 28 years of age or below; At least B+ in KCSE; Strong academic record; Demonstrated leadership potential; Excellent communication skills; Ability to comprehend operational practices based on theories and models; Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
