REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in credit management, microfinance, banking, SACCO operations or loan sales.Strong skills in credit appraisal, loan recovery and portfolio management.
