Business Development and Sales Manager

Business Development & Sales Manager Job Summary The Business Development & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing sales of Smart Fundi Solutions' affordable, climate-smart housing products financial records, support budgeting and reporting, and manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficient office management and services. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement business development and sales strategies. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, developers, and government agencies. - Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations. - Negotiate contracts and close sales. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis. - Develop and manage the sales pipeline. - Meet monthly and annual sales targets. - Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and conferences. - Prepare periodic sales and business development reports.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field. - Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an added advantage. - Relevant experience in business development or sales. - Experience in construction, real estate, engineering, or building materials is preferred. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong networking and relationship management abilities. - Strategic thinking and business planning. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to meet sales targets.
