FP&A Business Partner

This role serves as a strategic finance business partner within Ximing Group, a growing multi-entity business group operating in Uganda. The FP&A Business Partner will lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and performance reviews to support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making. The position involves driving FP&A and operations finance across end-to-end value streams, linking corporate strategy with frontline execution. The role is responsible for designing KPI-based performance management frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools to enhance business visibility and enable data-driven decision-making. The position requires providing actionable insights to different management levels, identifying risks, opportunities, cost savings, and improvement actions. Additionally, the role will support finance process standardization, internal controls, and digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of Power BI for advanced analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; 5–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and business partnering; strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance improvement initiatives; ability to translate financial and operational data into business insights; proven ability to partner with commercial, operational, and management teams in a diverse business and cross-cultural environment; experience with ERP systems (Tally is a plus); proficiency in Power BI; excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
