We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions: - Contributes to completion of products and machines assemblies by performing a sequence of predefined, specialized and different assembly operations, which includes testing and problem analysis, in cooperation with a team of differently qualified assembly technicians. - Contributes to planning and effective resource allocation in the production group (focus on Products & Machines). - Plans own work steps in cooperation with other team members. - Performs a set of qualified assembly operations, which may includes all electronic, electro-mechanic and mechanic assemblies or sub-assemblies. - Constantly monitors availability of parts, tools and machines needed to complete product in the relevant subsequent steps of the overall assembly process. - Uses specific equipment and/or a range of specialized tools and machines, and maintains functionality. - Contributes to plan, execute and analyze the results of test routines and procedures, often in a complex test environment - Assists in resolving routine manufacturing related problems affecting daily operations. Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production environment within the medical devices or healthcare industry; Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards; Proficiency in operating and maintaining production machinery; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics; Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality; Ability to work in a team and follow written and verbal instructions; Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 kg, and work in a fast-paced environment; Valid work permit for Kenya if not a citizen.
