Job Description
A Lab Technologist at Phadam Hospital will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to support clinical diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. The role involves conducting routine and specialized tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of results. The technologist will operate and maintain laboratory equipment, follow strict quality control protocols, and adhere to safety and infection control standards. Requirements
At least a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences; Valid practicing licence; At least 2 years' experience in a busy healthcare facility; Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control measures; Proficiency in laboratory information systems and basic computer skills.
