• Assist in the planning and coordination of training programmes and workshops. • Help maintain accurate databases, registration lists, and follow-up communication with clients. • Support marketing efforts including social media content creation, campaign rollouts, and promotions of training products. • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and collaborate with the Academy team on product development and improvement. • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks like email correspondence, training schedules, and document preparation. • Develop public speaking and presentation skills by supporting facilitation teams during sessions and events. • Collaborate with other departments and team members on various projects as needed. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with a GPA of 4.0+ • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) • Driver’s license is an added advantage
