Management Services Volunteer
Job Description
To deliver a number of routine Management Services tasks, ensuring that staff are effectively supported. Act as a first point of contact for internal queries, facilitating the provision of efficient and effective resolution of daily issues. Serve as the focal point for all courier and shipment services, including receiving, documenting, and dispatching official packages and mail; coordinating with courier companies and internal units to ensure timely delivery of goods; tracking outgoing and incoming consignments; maintaining up-to-date logs; and proactively communicating delays or issues to relevant stakeholders. Perform general office administration duties such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for routine tasks and reporting. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree; 2 years of experience; Strong organizational and time management skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; Proactive and resourceful with willingness to take initiative; Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor; Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment.
