• Undertakes effectively the review of governance processes in order to ensure their effectiveness. • Undertakes effectively, the review of risk management processes in the Institution in order to ascertain their effectiveness. • Undertakes effectively, the conduct of audits on Information Systems in order to identify risks and facilitate decision making. • Undertakes effectively, the conduct of compliance audits in order to foster adherence to legislation, policies, guidelines and regulations. • Undertakes timely, the production of internal audit and management reports in order to facilitate informed decision making. • Undertakes effectively, the maintenance of internal audit database in order to facilitate tracking of audit recommendations for informed decision making. • Perform any other duties related to audits • Full Grade 12 School Certificate with five (5) credits or better, including English and Mathematics. • Minimum of Diploma in Accountancy/Auditing, ZICA – Licentiate or equivalent. • Minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in auditing or related field. • Knowledge of audit procedures, risk management, and internal control systems. • Strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills. • High level of integrity and confidentiality. • Computer literacy and proficiency in accounting/audit software. • Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Zambia
