Who are you Highly organised, detail-oriented, and reliable Enjoys administrative work, follow-ups, and keeping records accurate Communicates clearly and professionally with different stakeholders Is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in program administration Goes to sleep at night dreaming about systems that run smoothly and nothing falling through the cracks What you’ll do Support day-to-day administration of the Incubator & Small Grants Program Track grant beneficiary reports and follow up on deadlines Prepare meeting schedules, attendance lists, minutes, and trackers Support communication with participants, mentors, and internal teams Ensure all program records and documents are accurate, complete, and well organized What we’re looking for A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field At least 1 year of experience in administration or business office support.
