• Procure agro and FMCG products at competitive prices • Coordinate transportation and dispatch of bulk goods (30–40 ton trucks) • Monitor stock levels and prevent stockouts • Develop and maintain SOPs, operational procedures, and work standards within the procurement and logistics function • Follow up suppliers, transporters, and deliveries • Coordinate loading/offloading and delivery schedules • Maintain procurement and logistics records using ERP systems • Support inventory planning and inter-store stock transfers • Prepare procurement and stock reports • Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • Experience in procurement, logistics, transport coordination, or inventory management • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • ERP experience is an added advantage
