Prequalification: 2026 to 2029

FSD Kenya, an independent Trust dedicated to achieving an inclusive financial system, is inviting bidders to submit applications for the supply of goods or provision of services across multiple categories for its Nairobi-based offices for the period 2026-2029. The procurement covers a wide range of needs including stationery, printing and branding services, ICT equipment, accommodation and conference facilities, travel agency services, editorial services, event planning, social media management, office furniture, photography, transport services, software maintenance, and vehicle repair. FSD Kenya will conduct due diligence assessments, including reference checks and third-party screening, to evaluate bidders. Successful applicants must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and ensure their submissions are complete and responsive. All applications must be submitted via the FSD Kenya vendor portal.

Legal registration and compliance with Kenyan laws; demonstrated experience in relevant sectors (e.g., supply chain, event management, ICT, printing); financial stability and capability to deliver goods/services; physical office presence in Kenya; ability to meet evaluation criteria including completeness, orderliness, and responsiveness of applications; no conflicts of interest; must complete FSD Kenya Third Party Screening Questionnaire.
