• Perform diagnostics on engine and mechanical faults • Conduct engine overhauls and component fitting • Repair and replace defective parts • Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble engines to specifications • Provide accurate repair time and cost estimates • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop • Keep detailed service and repair records • Proven experience working with SHACMAN, SINO HOWO, and FOTON trucks • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Ability to work independently • Minimum Diploma/Craft Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair or equivalent • At least 3 years’ relevant experience • Valid driver’s license is a must • Manage and control spare parts inventory (receiving, storage, issuing) • Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
