Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at StainlessPro Industries Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities with potential clients across industries such as commercial kitchens, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, construction, and mechanical ventilation. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while conducting market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Your role will involve presenting, promoting, and selling the company’s precision-engineered stainless steel products to both new and existing clients. You will develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals, and negotiate and close sales deals while providing transparent and accurate information to clients. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and sharing best practices is essential. Additionally, you will monitor market competition, provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams, keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions, and provide timely customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues. Participation in sales and product training programs and attendance at industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company’s products and services are also key responsibilities.

BA/BSc/HND; 5 years of experience; Strong sales and negotiation skills; Ability to conduct market research; Customer relationship management; Proficiency in sales strategy development; Experience in presenting and delivering product proposals; Knowledge of industry trends and competition analysis; Ability to maintain accurate sales records; Customer support and issue resolution skills; Willingness to participate in training programs; Experience in attending industry events and exhibitions; Contribution to sales and marketing materials development.
