• 3 years and above with first degree and 2 years for post graduate, previous work experience in the area of hygiene and sanitation. • NGO experience. • Demonstrated technical and report writing ability, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with others at all levels; • Computer skills particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; • Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation promotion tools (PHAST and CLTS) • Fluency in English language and written communication • Firm belief in teamwork, gender equality, sensitivity to HIV/AIDS, participatory approach and sustainable development. • Ability to effectively communicate with government offices, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders.
