Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience Quantity take-offs & BOQs Cost estimation & project cost control Site measurements & valuations Variation costing Supplier & subcontractor management Technical drawing interpretation Strong Excel & analytical skills Good communication & organisation Attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines QS professional certification is an advantage
