Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; strong academic record; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; basic understanding of corporate law, investment principles, and business operations; ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; willingness to learn and adapt quickly; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive attitude.
