Job Description

The Quality Control Intern will support the quality assurance team in monitoring and maintaining product standards across agricultural operations. Responsibilities include conducting routine inspections of raw materials and finished products, documenting quality control findings, assisting in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with national and international food safety regulations. The intern will work closely with production supervisors and quality managers to identify defects and recommend corrective actions. This role offers hands-on experience in agricultural quality systems and exposure to modern food processing facilities.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field; basic knowledge of quality control principles and agricultural practices; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn and adapt to new processes; good communication skills in English and/or Swahili.
