• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and networks to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, servers and manufacturing systems to minimize operational disruptions. • Provide technical support to users across the organization, resolving IT-related problems and ensuring systems availability. • Support the implementation and maintenance of industry-specific applications including LIMS, ERP and GMP compliance software. • Ensure all IT systems comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, or cGMP guidelines). • Assist in system validation processes in accordance with GAMP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements for pharmaceutical environments. • Maintain network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity, ensuring secure and reliable access for all departments. • Collaborate with department managers to understand system requirements and implement appropriate technological solutions. • Document and maintain records of IT assets, system configurations and technical procedures for audit readiness. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in pharmaceutical operations. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. • Additional certifications in IT support, network administration, or pharmaceutical IT systems are advantageous. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments. • Experience with pharmaceutical-specific applications (LIMS, ERP, compliance software) is highly desirable. • Comprehensive understanding of computer systems, networks and IT infrastructure.
