Head Human Resources

Ethiopian Skylight Hotel is seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Human Resources to lead the HR department. The role involves overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The Head of HR will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives. Additionally, the role requires fostering a positive work environment, managing employee grievances, and ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention. The position plays a critical role in shaping the hotel's culture and driving organizational success through effective people management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: - A Minimum of a BA degree in Management / Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business management /Business Administration /Accounting or any related fields with a minimum of 9 years of relevant work experience, out of which three years in a managerial capacity in the HRM division. OR - MA degree in Management / Personnel Management/ HR Management/ Business management /Business Administration /Accounting or any related fields with a minimum of 7 years relevant work experience, out of which three years in a managerial capacity in HRM Areas.
