Job Description
The Nurse A2 will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. This includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress. The role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes, educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The nurse will also participate in health promotion activities and emergency response procedures as required.
Requirements
Diploma in Nursing (A2 level) from a recognized institution; Registered with the Rwanda Allied Health Professionals Council; Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience; Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of infection control practices; Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda (French is an added advantage).
