• Supervise planned and breakdown maintenance on all Mechanical systems on Excavator Machines • Ensure works order compliance. • Order parts and draw parts from onsite warehouse/s. • Actively promote full cooperation between the maintenance and mining operation • Prioritize workload as per equipment priority and production requirements. • Drive to achieve required equipment availability and reliability targets. • Advise management of whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. • Offer sound knowledge of reading schematics and troubleshooting fault on equipment • Strong commitment towards safe work practices. • Coordinate activities of your team in accordance with the maintenance weekly plan • Participate in the formulation of the weekly plan • Rotable management on the shop floor in liaison with the part and rotable controller • Liaise with the leadership team on performance issues • Embed the culture of quality repairs and continuous improvement in the team • Carry out routine safety and statutory inspections
