We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sales & Promoter professionals to join our team at Rudo Pharma. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and retail outlets. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on product benefits, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting monthly sales targets. The role requires frequent travel within Addis Ababa and occasional visits to surrounding areas. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales are essential. Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or promotional roles will be an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field; minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or promotional roles; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Amharic and English (both written and verbal); ability to work independently and under pressure; valid driver's license preferred.
