Regional Business Development and Partnership Officer

MIC Global Finance Ltd is seeking 40 Regional Business Development and Partnership Officers to be stationed across four key regions in Uganda: Central, Northern, Eastern, and Western Regions. These officers will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic business partnerships that drive growth and expansion for the company. Key responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, negotiating partnership agreements, and ensuring alignment with MIC Global Finance Ltd's strategic objectives. Officers will collaborate closely with regional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders to implement business development initiatives. The role requires extensive travel within assigned regions to meet clients, partners, and potential collaborators. Successful candidates will contribute to revenue growth, market penetration, and the establishment of long-term business relationships in underserved and emerging markets.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management; Proven track record in negotiating and closing business deals; Strong networking and interpersonal skills; Excellent communication and presentation abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience working in financial services or microfinance is an added advantage; Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions; Fluency in English and at least one local Ugandan language (e.g., Luganda, Luo, Swahili) is highly desirable.
