WFP Consultant Level 2

The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Office leadership team, providing guidance on all aspects of human resources management. Primary responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning. The role involves collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with WFP policies and procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. Key deliverables include managing recruitment processes, conducting training needs assessments, and implementing HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience; professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) is a plus; strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws; proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors); excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in English and French (additional languages are an asset); experience in international organizations or NGOs is preferred.
