TERMS OF REFERENCE The consultant will support the Country Programme development process across the following phases: -Document review -Facilitation of programmatic discussions -Documentation and key papers If you would like to know more about this consultancy, please review the complete Terms of Reference here: Terms of Reference CPD Devpmnt Cons.pdf Minimum requirements Advanced university degree [Master’s degree] in development studies, social sciences, public policy, or a related field Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in programme planning and development Strong experience with UNICEF planning processes, including CPD development Proven experience in supporting the facilitation of high-level strategic discussions Strong analytical, synthesis and writing skills Ability to work in complex, multi-stakeholder environments Language requirements: Fluency in French and in English is required Knowledge/Expertise/Skills: Proven strong strategic thinking and ability to translate evidence into programmatic choices Ability to facilitate cross-sectoral discussions and build consensus Strong drafting and communication skills Ability to challenge constructively and propose innovative approaches Desirables: Proven experience in UNICEF planning processes Extensive experience supporting the development UNICEF Country Programme, including drafting of CPD Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate evidence into programmatic choices Proven experience in supporting the facilitation of high-level strategic discussions For every Child, you demonstrate...
