• To carry out new installations, overhaul motors during factory shutdowns, service and repair electrical equipment and handle preventive maintenance on machines and pumps. Key Responsibilities • Service starters, motors, and air circuit breakers. • Overhaul motors during factory shutdowns. • Carry out relevant technical tests on electrical equipment before and after repairs. • Monitor the performance of all electrical equipment under the technician’s charge. • Work together with the section electricians in erecting electrical installations in the factory. • Prepare and submit relevant periodical reports about all repair activities in the workshop to the repair and maintenance supervisor. • Keep accurate records of materials used during repairs for proper accountability. • Adhere to the safety, health and environment policy of the company. • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned to you by Supervisor – Electrical/ management from time to time.
