• Job Purpose To promote a strong safety culture across all operational sites, ensure compliance with statutory health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, and minimise workplace risk in a mining and heavy-transport operating environment. • Support the development and continuous improvement of the company’s Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) management system. • Minimum Qualifications and Experience Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Mine Safety, or a related field. • Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience in a mining environment, preferably within mining contracting, drilling, or heavy transport operations. • Sound working knowledge of Zambian mining and OHS legislation. • Ability to work independently on site and enforce safety standards firmly but fairly.
