Job Description
Lead MSF's operations in a specific country, overseeing all medical, operational, and administrative activities. Develop and implement country strategies, manage budgets, and represent MSF in negotiations with governments and partners to ensure effective humanitarian response.
Requirements
Master's degree in Public Health, International Relations, or related field; minimum 7 years of experience in humanitarian or development work, with at least 3 years in a senior management role; strong leadership and strategic planning skills; experience in conflict or crisis-affected regions is required.
