Working closely with the Cluster Sales Manager, the role focuses on expanding market share across corporate, government, and leisure sectors. Business Development & Sales Planning: Generate new business from corporate, NGO, diplomatic, and travel trade markets through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and targeted networking. Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, develop high-potential account plans, and monitor client production to increase room nights and revenue. MICE & Event Sales: Drive bookings for conferences, banquets, and weddings. Coordinate client requirements seamlessly with F&B, Banqueting, and Front Office teams. Travel Trade Expansion: Build robust partnerships with tour operators, travel agents, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs); represent the resort at trade shows and industry workshops. Administration & Reporting: Prepare accurate quotations and rate offers, track sales pipelines, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance forecasts. Financial & Compliance Coordination: Ensure all commercial contracts adhere to hotel policies and collaborate with Finance regarding corporate credit facilities and payment collections. Qualifications & Experience Requirements Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within a hotel, resort, or travel trade environment. Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in corporate contracting, MICE sales, and account management. Core Competencies: Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, excellent client relationship skills, and a comprehensive understanding of hospitality revenue generation.
