• Coordinate all park communications (WhatsApp, radio) • Track movements, transport schedules, and deployments • Activate and support emergency response procedures • Maintain Control Room registers (EarthRanger, Crime, HWC, Exhibits) • Ensure secure, clean, and continuously operational Control Room • Supervise shift rotations and handovers • High integrity, reliability, and discipline • Police clearance required • Medical examination • Grade 12 or higher • Experience with EarthRanger, Garmin InReach, VHF radio, emergency ops • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel) • Intermediate Excel (formulas, filtering, summary reports) • Clear English communication (spoken/written) • Calm under pressure, multitasking ability
