SALES EXECUTIVE – RUBY CLINIC ENTEBBE

Ruby Clinic Entebbe is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the clinic’s healthcare services, developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with doctors, corporate clients, insurance companies, and other referral partners Key Responsibilities Promote Ruby Clinic’s medical and healthcare services. Develop new business opportunities within Entebbe and surrounding areas. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, insurance companies, corporate clients, NGOs, and other referral partners. Conduct regular field visits and client follow-ups. Increase patient referrals and contribute to clinic revenue growth. Participate in health camps, outreach programs, corporate wellness activities, and promotional campaigns. Work closely with the Marketing and Clinical teams. Maintain records of client visits, leads, referrals, and sales activities. Prepare regular sales reports. Meet and achieve monthly sales and referral targets. Perform other sales and business development duties assigned by management. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience specifically within the medical or healthcare field. Candidates without medical/healthcare sales experience will not be considered. Must currently reside in Entebbe. Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car or motorcycle for field work. Experience working with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance companies, or healthcare organizations is highly preferred.
