• Prepare and bake bread according to production standards and recipes. • Measure, mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake dough. • Operate and monitor bakery equipment safely and efficiently. • Maintain consistent product quality and hygiene standards. • Ensure the bakery production area and equipment are clean and well maintained. • Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient usage. • Work efficiently to meet daily production targets. • Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures. • At least 2 years of experience as a baker, preferably in a factory or commercial bakery. • Good knowledge of bread-making and baking processes. • Ability to operate bakery machinery and equipment. • Good understanding of food hygiene and safety standards. • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. • Reliable, hardworking, and physically fit. • Good teamwork and communication skills.
