Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in mathematics or economics; experience in curriculum development is an advantage. Strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in mathematical software (e.g., MATLAB, R, or Python) is desirable.
