Rose Ethiopia plc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Internal Audit Service Leader to oversee and manage the internal audit function within the company. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards. The Internal Audit Service Leader will lead a team of auditors, identify risk areas, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks. This position requires strong leadership skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of audit methodologies and financial regulations. The role is critical in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the company's operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA; Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in internal audit or a related field; Strong knowledge of audit principles, standards, and practices; Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Fluency in English and Amharic (additional languages are a plus).
