• Serve as the principal assistant to the Head Teacher and act in their absence. • Support the Head Teacher in managing the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). • Full grade 12 Certificate. • Bachelor’s degree in education (Specialization in Mathematics and possession of a Master’s degree will be added advantage). • Preferably 5-7 years teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to inspire staff and students towards excellence. • Knowledge of Zambian education policies and standards. • Suitably qualified applicants must provide certificates verified by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
