Material Technician; **Secondary Education:** National Form IV or Form VI Certificate.; **Work Experience:** Minimum of 3 years cumulative experience related to road materials.; **Project Experience:** Served as a Pavement/Material Technician (or equivalent capacity) for at least 3 years on road construction projects of similar magnitude and complexity.; **Technical & Personal Skills:** Computer literate, proficient in spoken and written English, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.; **Location Availability:** Ready to work for considerable lengths of time in the Dodoma region where the project is based.
