• Accurately interpret and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate medication is dispensed. • Conduct thorough medication consultations to discuss usage, dosage, and possible side effects with patients. • Provide counseling and advice on the use of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications. • Offer guidance on health management and preventive care measures. • Conduct health screenings and vaccinations as certified and approved. • Provide excellent customer service, handling and resolving patient issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism. • Manage pharmacy inventory, order medications and supplies, ensure stock levels are maintained to meet patient needs without excessive surplus. • Oversee the handling of pharmaceuticals, alignment with storage guidelines, and regular stock checks • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized institution. • Valid registration and practicing license with the Pharmacy Council of Ghana. • Member of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana (required). • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail Pharmacy with multiple branches. • Advanced skills in Microsoft 365. • Experience using an ERP system. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient in the use of pharmacy information systems. • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision. • Compassionate and patient-centered approach. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Collaborative and innovative work environment. • Competitive remuneration package.
