• Conduct legal research on matters under review by the Commission; • Analyse Bills and other subject matter referred to the Commission and provide research input; • Prepare legal research reports, opinions, and analytical inputs; • Participate in consultations and internal review processes by providing technical input and clarification; • Supervise Research Officers and manage delivery of assigned outputs. • Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate • Bachelor’s Degree in Law; • Minimum five (5) years’ experience in legal research or policy analysis. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal supervisory role, with demonstrated success in managing team performance, workflows, and operational delivery.
