• Operate production equipment efficiently to meet manufacturing targets. • Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production flow. • Perform routine machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as required. • Perform TIG and Arc welding for equipment repairs and fabrication. • Conduct fabrication and metalwork as needed for production and maintenance activities. • Service centrifugal pumps and geared motor drives. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical equipment to minimize downtime. • Implement preventive maintenance practices to enhance equipment reliability. • Maintain and repair plumbing systems within the production facility. • Ensure all mechanical systems are functioning optimally. • Perform any other duties as assigned by management. • Craft Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experiencein a production or maintenance role. • Hands-on experience in welding (TIG and Arc), fabrication, and mechanical troubleshooting. • Experience servicing pumps, geared motor drives, and mechanical equipment.
