Internal Senior Auditor
Job Description
The Internal Senior Auditor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of the company's financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This role involves evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across TDBG's four legal entities: Tadesse Desta Import/Export, Aztad Industrial and Trading PLC, Azeb Tadesse Coffee Supplier, and TADAB Building Material & Trading PLC. The auditor will identify areas of improvement, recommend corrective actions, and provide assurance to senior management on the integrity of financial reporting and operational efficiency. Additionally, the role may involve special projects such as auditing the newly commissioned Labeling, Printing, and Packaging division or assessing the coffee export supply chain processes. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
6 to 4 years of relevant work experience in auditing, accounting, or finance; BA/MA in Accounting/Finance and Accounting/Finance & Audit; Analytical skills; Decision-making skills; Communication skills; Attention to detail; Problem-solving skills
