Spa Attendant

We are seeking a courteous, attentive, and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our Spa & Wellness team at JW Marriott Nairobi. In this role, you will maintain a clean, tranquil, and luxurious spa environment to ensure every guest enjoys a relaxing, rejuvenating experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting therapists, preparing treatment rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the spa's facilities are always in pristine condition. Knowledge of gym operations and fitness equipment is an added advantage, as the role may occasionally involve assisting with fitness-related guest inquiries. Your warm hospitality and commitment to service will be pivotal in elevating every moment of the guest journey, aligning with Marriott’s reputation for exceptional guest experiences.

BA/BSc/HND qualification; prior experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is preferred; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; knowledge of gym operations and fitness equipment is an added advantage.
