Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support the company's marketing and sales initiatives through digital campaigns, lead generation, and integrated marketing activities. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other online platforms to drive brand awareness and sales. You will manage online property listings and digital marketing channels, monitor campaign performance and budgets, and prepare detailed marketing reports. The position requires supporting website updates, CRM management, and marketing database administration. Additionally, you will assist in organizing property launches, open houses, customer engagement events, agent networking events, exhibitions, and other company marketing activities. Collaboration with external agencies, suppliers, and business partners is essential, along with conducting market research and competitor analysis. The role involves close coordination with the Sales Team to support project marketing and promotional initiatives, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field. · Minimum 2 years' experience in Digital Marketing or related marketing roles. · Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or other digital platforms. · Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills. · Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
