• Ability to convert inquiries and leads into confirmed bookings • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products and services • Design customized and group tour packages based on client requirements • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets • Knowledge of airline ticketing is an added advantage • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field • Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills • Previous experience in tour consultancy, travel sales or a related role is an added advantage
