The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications and experience: 1. **Education:** - Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Development, or a related field. 2. **Experience:** - Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in partnership development, development finance, or private sector engagement. - Experience working in or with international organizations, NGOs, or government agencies in Ethiopia or similar contexts. - Proven track record in designing, implementing, and monitoring partnership initiatives. - Experience in resource mobilization and private sector engagement strategies. 3. **Technical Skills:** - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in English (written and oral). Knowledge of Amharic is an asset. - Familiarity with the Ethiopian context, including its economic landscape and development priorities. 4. **Other Requirements:** - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Commitment to the principles of the United Nations, including integrity, professionalism, and respect for diversity.
