Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property and Facilities Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in real estate management and development. Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Proven track record in property acquisition and ROI delivery.
