• Lead high-priority projects that span multiple teams — from designing new farmer-facing systems to restructuring internal operations. • Step in as a coordinator for critical moments: harvest seasons, program pilots, or budget cycles where the team needs additional capacity. • Draft briefing notes, proposals, and presentations for senior leadership on strategic topics like digital payments, value addition op • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and build models to assess new opportunities or evaluate trade-offs in program design. • Synthesize data from field operations, finance, or HR to surface insights and drive decisions. • Support budget tracking and business variance analysis (BVA) for selected departments. • Travel to field sites to lead data collection, support team onboarding, or implement pilots. • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements. • Document learnings and recommend adaptations to program design based on field observations. • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated ability to take on complex, open-ended challenges • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you can structure a problem, identify the critical path, and execute • Exceptional adaptability — you get up to speed in a new context quickly and can shift gears as priorities change • Humility and a service orientation — you put farmers and teammates first; you seek feedback and act on it • Leadership experience at work or outside of it — you have taken ownership of outcomes, not just tasks • Comfort with ambiguity — you don’t need a perfectly defined role to do excellent work
